Yoga & Meditation practice. Our approach is to focus on rebalancing properties, and is an option if you’re looking to improve flexibility and health. We welcome complete beginners and will support your journey .
This class is for all levels and especially for beginners who are developing their practice. Taking time out to go in, you will be guided through breathwork (Pranayama) and yoga postures (Asasna), closing each class with a nourishing Savasana ( Relaxation).
If you are struggling with stress , poor sleep patterns stiffness of joints , lack motivation, tired or simple overwhelmed.
Yoga is a body mind therapy that is frequently recommended ( by physios ) to treat not only back pain but the stress of daily life .
Completing yoga for even a few minutes a day can help you gain more awareness of your body.
Class cost range from : £6. To £9 depending on location and / or sponsor organisation .
